1. SERVICES PROVIDED

ENGI Flow offers process improvement and growth infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

• Process Mapping and Optimization
• Custom Automation Solutions
• Growth Strategy Design and Implementation
• Technical Consulting and Support
• Data-Driven Performance Analytics

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration or service setup.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary access, documentation, and cooperation required for ENGI Flow to deliver its services effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the services for lawful purposes only.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your service.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

• All fees for services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or invoice.
• Payments are due as specified in the agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.
• We reserve the right to update our pricing or introduce new charges with prior notice.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any information shared between ENGI Flow and the client is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

ENGI Flow retains ownership of any intellectual property (e.g., code, frameworks, methodologies) developed during the course of service, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

ENGI Flow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. TERMINATION

• Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice.
• If terminated by the client, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
• ENGI Flow may terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in unlawful activities.

8. DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY

ENGI Flow respects your privacy and follows industry best practices to protect your data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Chambers County, Texas.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

ENGI Flow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
